BERNARD LYNCH
Bernard is a Project Manager with a background in Quantity Surveying and Carpentry spanning over 10 years. Much of his experience lies in commercial building and refurbishment / fit-out projects. He holds a craft level 7 certificate in Carpentry, an honours degree in Construction Technology and Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management.
Bernard’s strengths lie in his strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors within New Zealand where he has spent the last 3 years. His background in carpentry and working on commercial sites, as well as his hands-on approach both on and off site, enables him to have a greater depth of understanding of the costs and key drivers for delivering projects.
