About us
At Libbet, our purpose is to deliver solution-focused results. Our promise is to work in complete partnership with our clients to support their strategic objectives and add value to their business wherever possible.
Founded in 2015 by Managing Director Wayne Edwards, around the ethos of ‘no problems, only solutions’, Libbet has worked proactively and collaboratively to successfully deliver in excess of 500 projects.
Our clients include local government organisations, as well as other major owners of infrastructure assets.
Libbet operates out of Auckland, servicing both the North and South Islands. We have over 40 full time employees, with access to a large group of subcontractors and suppliers that we have engaged on a variety of projects.
Libbet’s management team comprises industry leaders who work together to make the best strategic decisions so we can provide our clients with a safe, solution-focused service and provide a safe workplace for our employees.
A strong health and safety culture is a key part of our business strategy. We believe that an empowered culture of health and safety amongst our staff, clients and subcontractors is what drives success. The nature of our work is high-risk; robust health and safety systems are essential to ensure our people return home safely to their families at the end of their working day. Our aim is to achieve Zero harm on all our projects. Our commitment includes:
